We ship within 24 hours of your order, Monday through Friday. If fulfillment will take longer for any reason, we will contact you directly.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on destination.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Returns

Because each order is prepared in small batches using high-quality, organic ingredients, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with pictures at support@eczemakids.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
