To Incorporate within the Fall and Winter Months
Hey Friends,
It’s November first and officially time to transition yours and your child’s diet to one that will combat the cold, dry climate of the fall and winter months.
Warm, moist and soft foods can be enjoyed all the way through February of the next year. That’s if you’re in the northern hemisphere, of course:) Still, not all foods that are warm and moist and soft, say soft cheese or oatmeal for instance, will balance eczema. I’ve detailed out a list that not only balances the seasons as experienced in the body but whittled down a list of the top 10 eczema-fighting superfoods that can be used to truly heal your little one’s eczema. You’re not going to want to miss this…. let’s dig in.
Take care,
Andra
