My Personal Goals for 2023
Hi Friends,
I am by no means a mindfulness coach, but the power of intention is real! I like to take the time at the end of each year to reflect on my goals from the previous year and cast my sights onto the next one. Like you, I don’t have a ton of time to do this, but i do know it is worth the effort.
