How to Know and What to Do About it

Hi Friends,

Hey Friends,

I received a listener question via speakpipe on my website, surrounding salicylates and their possible role in her child’s skin condition. Salicylates are tricky little food chemicals because they are:

1- Natural, unless you’re consuming the chemically restructured form as aspirin or other pharmaceuticals or as a food additives.

2- Salicylates are in a LOT of the foods we consume quite often like fruit skins, tomatoes, broccoli and peppers.

In this episode I’ll help you navigate the symptoms of salicylate intolerance as well as a strategy to overcome such an intolerance.

Take Care,

Andra
