It’s officially mid July and if you’re in the northern hemisphere, it is HOT and dry and sharp… sounds a lot like eczema don’t you think?
All of our seasonal, eczema-healing diets are predicated on the ‘like increases like’ principal, in that to solve a heat-related condition like eczema, you would steer clear of heat-promoting foods like jalapenos, garlic, onion, very oily foods and caffeine. In their place, you would put cooling foods to help you fight the summer heat and stay in balance.
