At Eczema Kids, we stand behind the quality and integrity of everything we offer.

Due to the nature of our products and for safety and hygiene reasons, all product sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Services & Digital Products

All services, programs, and digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

Each plan, protocol, and recommendation is created specifically for you and your child. This includes time spent reviewing your history, analyzing data, and building a personalized plan prior to and following your session.

Because of the time, preparation, and individualized nature of this work, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds once services have been delivered or access has been granted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@eczemakids.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery). Include your order number and any relevant photos.

We will take care of you and work quickly to resolve the issue.
